Mooreville Middle's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Mooreville Middle School's Discovery class kicked off the holiday season with their own version of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade!

Ms. Kala Parker's students researched this beloved Thanksgiving tradition. They created slide shows, newspaper articles and biographies of each float. Then, the students made their own floats or balloons for the parade.

The MMS cheerleaders and the MMS choir were invited to join in the fun! The parade made its way from the middle school to the elementary, where students there loved it.
