One of our students received a wonderful surprise today!
All Mooreville schools came together to raise money for Make-A-Wish to pay it forward in honor of Mooreville’s own, Sadie Downs. Although Sadie’s wish was granted, she sadly passed away before seeing the fruition of the funds raised by her Mooreville schools and community. Now, that money is helping grant a wish for a sweet child from Saltillo Primary.
Today, a "princess party" thrown for Mila included an exciting Make-A-Wish surprise: a trip to Walt Disney World! Mila was joined by her family, teachers and others in the Mooreville Elementary gym for the big announcement. Beforehand, Mila and her friends received the royal treatment at the "Bibbidi Boutique!"
Sadie Downs' family couldn't attend today. They were, however, able to FaceTime and share in revealing the wish that was granted. ❤️
