On Friday, February 5, 2021, the Shannon High library club's makerspace team held a cupcake deco day!

Club members Alanna Arledge and Katelyn Grubbs demonstrated how to make homemade vanilla frosting and then showed participants how to use a piping bag to frost their cupcakes.

At the end of the demonstration, participants were given recipe cards with instructions so they can make their own frosting at home.

The best part of the day for the students was being able to eat their creations!
