Mooreville Middle 7th and 8th grade Discovery students had an eye-opening experience at the courthouse. The group took a field trip to watch a felony court case, giving students a firsthand look at the legal system in action.
A huge thank you to Judge Mims, Sheriff Johnson, Jana Haggard, Sadie Gardner, Camille Delaney, and Megan French for taking the time to speak afterwards with students about courthouse procedures and the roles and responsibilities of the officers of the court.
